ALYXT has two main areas of focus:

• Rental of holiday homes

• Estate project management

In both cases, ALYXT focuses on luxury, yet authentic, holiday estates with character at prime locations. It started in 2016 in the region of L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue. Yet, it proposes places in the Ardèche and, further at the Belgian sea shore. More recently, ALYXT started expanding its activities in the lovely French Alps village of Samoëns, the only French ski resort classified "Pays d'Art et d'Histoire".
