The two properties are connected and located on sought-after plots along the Canal de Carpentras. They can be rented together allowing for a maximum capacity of 16 guests. Both are entirely fenced, and there is a pedestrian gate passage between the two parkings allowing easy access from one to another. Lovely town house in l'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue intra-muros, a stone's throw away from all the attractions of the Provençal Venice. It is located in the North-West sector, where the most ancient settlement in L'Isle was, when it was still called Saint-Laurent in the Vth century, then Insula, then Ville Vieille... hence the name.
The house will include two suites and lovely terraces, exceptionally adorned with a stone pond, and a parking space.

The village of Samoëns is located in the department of Haute-Savoie in the French Alps.
Fantastically located chalet on the South slope, 1.7 km from the village center, easy access by car or shuttle to and from the ski lifts, foot, bike or car to village. CHALET ODDAZ is proposed for rent as of the winter 2022 / 2023. It will be further further transformed in 2025.
Samoëns is a genuine old village in Haute-Savoie, at a fairly low altitude still conveniently offering direct access to ski domain by ski lift. It mixes ideal antique charm, easy access by road and proximity from the international airport of Geneva.

Located in the French Alps, between Chamonix and Morzine, Samoëns is a lovely traditional mountain village. The CHALET la TETE aux GEAIS is exceptionally well located, in a quiet hamlet on the south slopes atop Samoëns village. The chalet offers modern and comfortable amenities so welcome after a skiing or hiking day. It has been recently refurbished and is ready to welcome guests as of fall 2023. The main view from the chalet is on the majestic Criou mountain, probably the best known of the seven mountains surrounding Samoëns. As the chalet is located in a very quiet area, one can spot an occasional deer or, maybe, even a wolf…
The chalet is 6km away from the center of the village and 65 km from Geneva international airport.

An old ardéchoise farmhouse completely renovated with comfortable and modern amenities. The house stays cool in summer even under high temperatures. It is perfectly oriented and offers maximum sunshine. The sun rises on the pool side (magnificent views guaranteed), and sets in the evening on the other side.
